The Lipstick Filler with Full Silicon Molds is designed for efficient lipstick production using full silicone molds. It features an -18°C air-cooled tunnel, a high-precision circular guide rail system, and a dual servo filling machine with adjustable filling volumes. The machine also includes a demolding device with replaceable grippers and torque control for lipstick rotation and descent, and it’s compatible with various lipstick types, including round, mini, and slant tip.

It is equipped with an external material barrel that can be pressurized and heated, uses a servo-controlled piston valve to achieve precise filling, can be optionally equipped with a rotary filling function, and the equipment is compact and flexible for turnover.
Four-Head Air Cushion Ring Filling Machine
This equipment is suitable for air cushion products. Its processes include automatic filling, automatic tapping, pressing the snap ring, and taking out the finished products. It can fill high-density & NBR sponges and high-viscosity materials. The cup holder is adjustable and convenient for product changeover. The filling is uniform without overflow or white edges, the snap ring is flat without bulges, and the production capacity is high.

Pen Cap Machine
This equipment is suitable for assembling pen caps of pen products such as eyebrow pencils and lipstick pencils. The processes include automatic feeding, automatic picking, automatic capping, and finished product removal. The V-shaped conveyor belt positioning slot has stronger compatibility, more accurate positioning, high efficiency, and can be used in an online manner.
Online Hot Filling Machine
The process includes material heating, stirring, and automatic filling. It adopts double-head and double-servo independent control, resulting in higher filling accuracy. The material barrel can be automatically lifted. The automatic lifting of the barrel cover is controlled by a touch screen and a PLC operating system. In addition, it is equipped with a dual-track separately controlled conveyor line to ensure the production rhythm.
Automatic Capping Machine
This equipment is suitable for various types of wide-mouth bottles. Its processes include automatic cap feeding, pre-screwing, final screwing, and automatic rejection of defective products, which solves the core pain points of thread scratches and uneven torque when screwing the mouths of wide-mouth bottles.
